Staff Appointments at Amodil Supplies Ltd

 

Amodil Supplies Ltd and Olarra UK Ltd have announced the appointments of Chris Slingsby as Director & General Manager and Ben Slingsby as Purchasing & Operations Director.

Chris joined the Company in July 2000 and during his 20 years at Amodil has been involved in various aspects of the business as Sales Manager, Director Tubular Products, Operations Director and now Director & General Manager of both companies.

Ben joined the Company in September 2009 on inside sales, rising to Sales Manager, then General Manager, and now joining the Board of Directors as Purchasing & Operations Director of both companies.

Amodil Supplies Ltd is privately owned and Olarra UK is owned 50/50 by Amodil and Aceros Inoxidables Olarra SA of Bilbao, Spain.  Formed in 1976, the group has grown to be the largest UK stockholder of Stainless Steel Bar, Wire and Tubular Products with over 6,000 tonnes of stock  at its Head Office site near Kidderminster.
