About this event
How many goals did you achieve in 2023?
Did you set clear goals, both professional and personal to work towards?
Does each week and month blur into the next?
Research by Dr. Gail Matthews found that you are 42% more likely to achieve your goals if you document them.
By adding strategies to achieve these goals you can see and appreciate your progress and have a clear defined route to success.
Finding your goals can be as important as achieving them, and everyone will have a different definition of success.
Women with Metal and Steph Snade will be guiding you on identifying the Goals you want to achieve and giving you the tools to work SMART and achieve them. With this interactive workshop you will be able to confidently and confidentially focus on achieving success in 2024.
Goals apply in all areas of our lives, from making sure we spend quality time with friends and family to excelling in our careers. But did you know there are seven seperate areas to focus on? and that by setting Goals in each of these areas can help you thrive.
As well as the workshop we will be networking and enjoying a delicious two coarse meal with drinks.
