The Department for Education / ESFA customer experience team have been investigating ways in which employers find out about government schemes for recruiting and / or training staff and testing potential solutions to make it easier to find out about different schemes. We are conducting research sessions with employers taking place online and lasting around an hour.
The aim of the research is to make it easier for employers to find information about the schemes relevant to them. We would love people whose role involves recruiting or training staff to take part.
