At Comton Group, we love football. We also love metal and engineering. This year, with CoVID-19 restrictions easing, we decided that it was about time that we combined our two main passions, so we’re organising a 5-a-side football tournament for companies and organisations associated with the metal and engineering sectors.

The Comton Cup will take place on Sunday 26th June 2022 at GOALS football centre, which is at Star City in Birmingham.

We already have teams committed from companies like Arcus Group, Flocon Valves & Fittings, Offshore Stainless Supplies Ltd, The Amodil Group, Hall and Pickles, LA Metals Ltd, Advanced Steel Services and Optimas Solutions, and now we’re opening up registration to you and your organisation so that you can settle old rivalries on the pitch and meet up with industry acquaintances that CoVID may have prevented you seeing for a while.

We, of course, will be entering as a team too, and hope to see you in the final!

To enter the cup, you will need a team of 7 and can enter privately or on behalf of your company or organisation. Entry will cost £300 per team, which covers the cost of personalised shirts for the team and food for the players.

Our deadline for ordering kits is 6th May 2022, so if you register after this date you may need to supply your own kit.
