To help combat the issue of cross contamination when using stainless steel fixings, we have developed a proprietary hardening process that is specifically designed for our bespoke grade of martensitic stainless steel.
The multi-step process is patented to Wera and enables our stainless-steel products to obtain the required mechanical properties to survive life in an industrial environment, whilst retaining the chemical properties needed to prevent extraneous rust.
