Robinson Wire Cloth Ltd. specialises in the supply of woven wire stainless steel mesh. We are a leading supplier of woven wire mesh products, including all types of filter meshes, screens and tensioned mesh sieves.
Primarily stainless steel mesh, stocks of woven wire mesh are also held in a range of other metals; these include mild steel, galvanised steel, brass, phosphor bronze, copper, monel and aluminium. Extensive stocks of stainless steel mesh, in a large range of mesh specifications, are maintained in both Type 304 and Type 316; typically with a plain weave, or twill weave for the finer meshes. Material is woven to exacting international standards, using a range of standard wire gauges from 0.025 mm diameter to 1.6 mm, providing apertures between 0.025 mm and 11.1 mm.
We also carry stocks of nylon and PVC-coated fibreglass mesh, as well as stainless steel mesh with a Dutch/Hollander weave. Other stainless steel products include fly mesh, soffit mesh, rodent mesh, decorative mesh and beekeeping (Varroa) mesh, as well as welded mesh and perforated plate.
Robinson Wire Cloth Ltd. has facilities for producing cylinders and discs. Our speciality services include bespoke mesh cutting, which allows us to supply mesh panels, cut from our stainless steel mesh stocks, to customer specifications.
Due to our extensive in-house facilities, recent investment in state of the art machinery and large stocks of stainless steel mesh, we are able to manufacture tensioned mesh sieves and woven mesh screens, including hand sieves, to suit all types of screening equipment. We also supply ‘hook screens’ and ‘taped and eyeletted’ screens.
