The company is equipped with a modern 20,000sq.ft manufacturing resource along with an in house polishing and finishing facility with a capability to polish to Ra0.1. High quality surface finishes are often an imperative requirement; Brookesons supply a wide range of options from as-laid weld seams that are chemically cleaned and passivated to mechanical, mirror and electropolished contact surfaces. All welders are certified to BSEN 287-1 & ASME IX offering MIG & TIG welding and all fabrications supplement the skills base with being time-served and having the ability to turn their hands to a comprehensive range of product requirements.
The Technical Department are all highly proficient users of CAD based design software and along with the management team can boast the technical and professional multiplicity to take your product from concept and design through to manufacture and functional testing and even installation.
