April is Stress Awareness Month

Use Stress Awareness Month to make it routine to prevent stress and support mental health at work, and encourage others too.

HSE’s Working Minds campaign is inviting employers and managers to focus on one of the campaign’s 5 steps for each of the 5 weeks:

  • Reach out and have conversations
  • Recognise the signs and causes of stress
  • Respond to any risks you’ve identified
  • Reflect on actions you’ve agreed and taken
  • Make it Routine
