Aperam’s proposed acquisition of ELG receives green light from the European Commission
Luxembourg 26 November 2021 (13:00 CET) – Aperam, announces today that the pending acquisition of ELG, a
global leader in stainless and alloys recycling, has been approved by the European Commission. As previously
communicated, the completion of the acquisition is expected in Q4 2021.
