This month’s Glenigan Construction Review video reports that project-starts have returned to decline.

Work commencing on-site in the second quarter declined 38% against the preceding quarter to stand 45% lower than the same time in 2021.

There is some positive news for the development pipeline however, as main contract awards on projects with a value of less than £100 million rose 7% against the previous quarter, and main contract awards on projects over £100 million rose 10% against the same period.
