RA Materials specializes in the supply of ZERON® 100 superduplex stainless steel. We stock and distribute ZERON 100 (UNS S 32760) superduplex stainless steel seamless and welded pipes, butt weld fittings and tubes, forged flanges, forgings, bars, plates, fasteners, and welding consumables as individual components or as project managed pipe work packages. We saw cut, deep hole bore, OD turn and centerless grind bars, profile plates using plasma, water jet or laser cutting and we machine components for customers. We ship world wide. We also fabricate ZERON 100 (UNS S32760) pipe spools, manifolds and vessels in accordance with client drawings and specifications.
The alloy has high strength which provides good fatigue and erosion resistance and its corrosion resistance (pitting ,crevice and SCC) in sea water, mineral and organic acids, alkalis, oxidizing and reducing process environments (even in the presence of chloride ions) makes the alloy very attractive in many arduous applications."
